As a community health organization, we believe every neighbor deserves access to wellness, care, and connection. Worry Free Community works to reduce health disparities across the Chicagoland area by bringing together access to healthcare, education, and social support in one accessible hub.

Personalized guidance helps families throughout Illinois enroll in Medicaid, ACA plans, and social benefits.

As a community health organization, we know the only way to reduce health disparities is by working together. Worry Free Community focuses on building skills, expanding access, and partnering with healthcare professionals so every resident has a fair chance at wellness. By combining community-driven support with evidence-based care, we strive to lower costs, improve outcomes, and create a healthier future for all.

Free & Charitable Community Clinic

Health Coverage Assistance
Health Coverage & Insurance AssistanceGuidance with Medicaid, ACA marketplace enrollment, and other social service applications such as food stamps and utility assistance.
Community Health Volunteering
Community Health VolunteeringOpportunities to give back through clinic support, outreach, and community health worker trainings.
Faith-Based (PCOR) Patient-Centered Outcomes Research
